Leadership Development and Human Resource (LDHR)

Job functions:

  • Responsible for the day-to- day operations of the payroll function
  • Process salaries, allowances, CPF contributions according to statutory and company requirements timely and accurately
  • Prepare payroll reports for finance, audit and Board reporting purposes
  • Preparation and submission of employee income tax returns yearly
  • Review WICA insurance quotation and process yearly renewal of insurance policy
  • Process staff monthly allowance requests and insurance claim matters
  • Submit government paid leave claims and NSmen make-up pay claims
  • Assist with new staff recruitment admin process
  • Assist in training registration and payment matters
  • Liaison personnel for SDL, CPF, IRAS and WDA matters
  • Assist in team and/or corporate events

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or related specialization
  • At least 2 years working experience in handling payroll and/or HR admin
  • Meticulous and self-motivated
  • Independent and able to work in a team setting
  • Willing to attend bi-monthly Christian fellowship staff meeting sessions
