Finance Department, Operations


  • Perform monthly reconciliation on cash and bank accounts, receivables, payables and payroll
  • Perform banking duties
  • Prepare accurate journal entry, IT, JV uploads and send monthly financial reports to relevant parties in a timely manner
  • Review and oversee work of accounts executives
  • Approve donation batches when needed
  • Review payment vouchers for appropriate use of COA, valid reimbursements etc.
  • Prepare monthly financial statistics and reports for different departments, Management and Area Office leader
  • Prepare annual financial budgets and quarterly budget comparison reports for various department and consolidated budget report for Cru Singapore
  • Prepare financial reports for Board reporting
  • File financial reports to various government agencies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Complete year-end closing and prepare audit schedule
  • Any other duties as assigned by Finance Manager, CFO and directors


  • A servant heart and attitude
  • At least a Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent)
  • Able to work independently and also as a team
  • Keen attitude to learn and adopt to changes
  • Prior experience would be advantageous but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to attend bi-monthly Christian fellowship staff meeting sessions
